EMDR CONSULTING COHORTS

for Therapists

YES - Help me grow my practice!

Confidence. Clarity. Clinical Steadiness.

You’ve completed EMDR training.
You understand the model.
You believe in the work.

And still, when you’re sitting with real clients, things don’t always feel clear.

Maybe dissociation shows up, and you freeze.
Maybe targets loop, processing stalls, or clients shut down.
Maybe you’re working with chronic illness, pain, or medical trauma, and EMDR doesn’t fit the way you were taught.

These EMDR consultation options are designed to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more confident using EMDR in the real world, especially when the work is complex.

This is a consultation for clinicians who want depth, flexibility, and ethical clarity, not performance or perfection.

About EMDR Consultation Options

Consultation is offered in both cohort-based and individual formats, depending on how you learn best and what kind of support you’re seeking.

All consultation options offer:

  • EMDRIA-approved consultation hours

  • A focus on real clinical work (not hypotheticals)

  • Ethical, nervous-system-informed decision-making

  • Practical application you can use immediately

EMDR Consultation Cohorts (Group-Based)

All consultation cohorts are:

  • EMDRIA-approved

  • Closed cohorts (6-month commitment)

  • 90 minutes, meeting monthly

  • Fully virtual

  • Limited to 10 clinicians or fewer

The closed-cohort structure allows for trust, continuity, and meaningful clinical growth over time.

Choose the Consultation Path That Fits Your Work

EMDR Consultation Cohort: Confidence Booster

For clinicians who want EMDR to feel steadier and more intuitive.

This cohort is for clinicians who:

  • Know EMDR, but don’t feel confident using it

  • Freeze or second-guess themselves mid-session

  • Feel overwhelmed by case conceptualization or protocol decisions

  • Want to strengthen clinical judgment rather than “do it right”

Focus areas include:

  • Increasing confidence and reducing self-doubt

  • Troubleshooting stuck or confusing cases

  • Strengthening EMDR case conceptualization

  • Ethically adapting EMDR when sessions don’t go “by the book”

Meeting details:

  • First Monday of each month

  • 9:00–10:30 AM

  • Begins March 2, 2026

  • Fully virtual

  • 6-month commitment

How consultation works:

  • Case consultation and discussion

  • Verbal walkthroughs of stuck points

  • Live demonstrations

  • Group skills practice

Participants must bring cases for hours to count toward EMDRIA certification.
Appropriate for all experience levels.

EMDR Consultation Cohort: Working with Dissociation & Complex Trauma

For clinicians working with higher levels of dissociation.

Designed for clinicians working with:

  • Structural dissociation

  • DID / OSDD

  • Complex trauma with dissociative defenses

  • Clients who fragment, disappear, or destabilize during EMDR

This is a depth-oriented consultation space emphasizing nervous system safety, pacing, and working with the whole system, not pushing processing.

Areas of focus include:

  • Recognizing and understanding dissociation

  • Ethical EMDR with structural dissociation

  • Parts-informed and ego-state approaches

  • Somatic integration within EMDR

  • Preventing overwhelm and destabilization

Meeting details:

  • Second Tuesday of each month

  • 12:00–1:30 PM

  • Begins March 10, 2026

  • Fully virtual

  • 6-month commitment

EMDR Basic Training required.
No prior consultation with me is necessary.

EMDR Consultation Cohort: Working with Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain

For clinicians supporting clients with ongoing medical conditions.

Supports work with:

  • Chronic illness and chronic pain

  • Medical trauma and repeated procedures

  • Autoimmune conditions, Long COVID, and functional disorders

  • Identity loss, grief, and nervous system burden related to illness

This group focuses on EMDR when trauma is ongoing, not resolved.

We explore:

  • Adapting EMDR for chronic conditions

  • Pain processing through EMDR

  • Identity shifts and grief

  • Nervous system capacity with ongoing symptoms

  • Differentiating trauma-based vs illness-related dissociation

Meeting details:

  • First Wednesday of each month

  • 8:30–10:00 AM

  • Begins March 4, 2026

  • Fully virtual

  • 6-month commitment

If dissociation emerges in the context of chronic illness, it is welcome and appropriate in this group.

EMDR Individual Consultation

For clinicians who prefer one-on-one support.

Individual EMDR consultation is available for clinicians who:

  • Prefer private consultation over group work

  • Want focused attention on specific cases

  • Are you navigating particularly complex or sensitive material

  • Need scheduling flexibility

  • Please note that individual consultation is only 60 minutes in length

Individual consultation options:

  • $150 per session, scheduled as needed

  • $1,200 for a package of 10 sessions

Sessions are:

  • EMDRIA-approved consultation hours

  • Fully virtual

  • Structured around your clinical questions and cases

Scheduling & Payment

For cohort consultation and individual EMDR consultation, sessions are scheduled and paid for directly through Calendly.

Calendly will allow you to:

  • Choose session dates and times

  • Select a single-session or 10-session package

  • Complete payment securely

Availability for individual consultation is limited.

Commitment & Structure (Cohorts)

  • 90-minute sessions

  • Monthly for 6 months

  • Closed cohorts (no drop-ins)

  • Maximum of 10 clinicians

  • Fully virtual

This structure supports depth, safety, and meaningful clinical integration.

Investment (Cohorts)

Introductory pricing with discounts if paid in full up front:

  • $125 per month for 6 months

  • $660 paid in full

All cohort consultation hours count toward EMDRIA certification.

Which Option Is Right for Me?

If dissociation is primary and central to your work (e.g., structural dissociation, DID/OSDD), the Dissociation & Complex Trauma cohort is likely the best fit.

If dissociation emerges in the context of chronic illness, pain, or medical trauma, the Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain cohort may be more appropriate.

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out for guidance.

A note on fit

If you’re looking for an EMDR consultation that is:

  • clinically honest

  • relational rather than performative

  • grounded in real-world complexity

One of these options may be a good fit.

You’re welcome to take your time reviewing the options and choosing the format that best supports your work right now.

About Jenn

I’m an EMDRIA-approved consultant and EMDR Certified Clinician with a clinical focus on complex trauma, dissociation, chronic illness, and nervous-system-informed care.

My consultation style is grounded, relational, and practical. I’m less interested in perfect protocol execution and more interested in helping you feel steady, ethical, and confident in the room, especially when clients don’t fit neatly into manuals.

These cohorts are intentionally small and collaborative, designed to support real clinical growth over time.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Do these consultation groups count toward EMDRIA certification hours?

Yes. All three consultation cohorts provide EMDRIA-approved consultation hours.
To receive certification credit, you’ll need to bring cases for consultation and meet EMDRIA requirements for participation.

Do I need to be EMDR certified to join?

No. These groups are open to clinicians who have completed EMDR Basic Training, as well as EMDR Certified Clinicians.

Both fully licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome.

I still feel pretty new or unsure with EMDR. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Especially in the EMDR Skills & Confidence Consultation Group, many clinicians join because they feel unsure, overwhelmed, or frozen when trying to use EMDR.

You don’t need to “have it together” to benefit from consultation. This is a space to build confidence, not prove competence.

What if I don’t want to present a case every month?

That’s okay. You’re welcome to attend, observe, and learn from others’ cases.

However, if you want your consultation hours to count toward EMDRIA certification, you will need to actively participate and bring cases, per EMDRIA guidelines.

How many clinicians are in each group?

Each cohort is limited to 10 clinicians or fewer.
This keeps the space relational, allows time for real consultation, and supports group safety.

Are these drop-in groups?

No. These are closed cohorts with a 6-month commitment.

This structure supports continuity, trust, and deeper clinical learning. New members are not added once a cohort begins.

Are the groups virtual or in person?

All consultation cohorts are fully virtual.

What happens if I miss a session?

Because these are closed cohorts, regular attendance is strongly encouraged.

If you need to miss a session occasionally, that’s understandable — but sessions are not recorded, and consultation hours require live participation.

I work with dissociation and chronic illness. Which group should I choose?

If dissociation is primary and central to your work (e.g., structural dissociation, DID/OSDD), the Dissociation & Complex Trauma cohort is likely the best fit.

If dissociation emerges in the context of chronic illness, pain, or medical trauma, the Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain cohort may be more appropriate.

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out for guidance.

Will we be following a rigid curriculum?

No. These are case-based consultation groups, not didactic trainings.

While themes and skills naturally emerge, sessions are responsive to the cases, questions, and clinical challenges present in the group.

What is your consultation style?

My approach is grounded, relational, and practical.

This isn’t about perfect protocol adherence or performance. It’s about helping you feel steadier, clearer, and more ethical in the room — especially when clients don’t fit neatly into manuals.

How much does it cost?

Introductory pricing:

  • $125 per month for 6 months

  • or $660 paid in full

This pricing applies to the full 6-month cohort.

How do I join?

Enrollment opens periodically.
