Secure. Grow. Prosper.

Financial Security for Therapists MasterMind

A relational, no-shame space for therapists and practice owners who want their finances to feel steadier, not just look better on paper.

A quick orientation

This isn’t a budgeting bootcamp.
It isn’t hustle-based.
And it isn’t designed to push you through discomfort for the sake of “growth.”

The Financial Security for Therapists MasterMind is a small, therapist-only container for clinicians who want to build real financial stability without overriding their nervous system.

This work is slower by design.
More relational.
And intentionally grounded in how therapists actually live and work.

Why this exists

Most of the therapists I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply trained.

They understand money conceptually.
They can do the math.
They’ve read the books, taken the workshops, and followed the advice.

And still, money activates something.

For some, it’s a tightness in the chest when they log into their bank account.
For others, it’s avoidance. Or shame. Or a constant sense of being behind, even when things look “fine.”

What dysregulates therapists most around money usually isn’t a lack of information.

It’s past financial trauma, often quiet, often minimized, and rarely addressed in a way that actually helps.

This mastermind was created because that piece matters.

Why this is a Mastermind (and why that matters)

Financial trauma doesn’t heal in isolation.

At the same time, many therapists have had genuinely uncomfortable experiences talking about money with other therapists, spaces that felt shaming, confusing, overly intellectual, or subtly competitive.

That’s not what this is.

This mastermind is facilitated, structured, and paced with regulation in mind. The goal isn’t disclosure or comparison. It’s to create enough safety that your system can stay online while you learn, reflect, and make changes.

People don’t just leave with information.
They leave with more steadiness.

What makes this mastermind different

This is a high-level, resource-rich experience, but it’s held in a way that respects the body.

Participants don’t just learn how to manage their finances.

They begin to experience a different relationship with money, one that feels more regulated, less charged, and more usable in real life.

Inside the mastermind, you can expect:

  • a therapist-only, intimate group

  • practical financial education that’s clear and applicable

  • a no-shame, no-hustle culture

  • space for questions that don’t have neat answers

  • a pace that allows things to actually integrate

  • access to recordings for 3 months

There’s no pressure to perform insight or “do it right” here.

Structure & commitment

This is a contained, six-month experience.

  • 90-minute live meeting once per month

  • Six-month commitment

  • We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 am

  • Start date: Saturday, March 7, 2026

The six-month structure is intentional. Financial security isn’t something most people build in a single conversation. It develops over time, through repetition and consistency.

Who this is for

This mastermind is for:

  • therapists, social workers, counselors, and MFTs

  • group practice owners carrying financial responsibility for others

  • clinicians who earn decently but don’t feel settled

  • people who want their finances to feel calmer and more sustainable—not optimized to exhaustion

You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to be “bad with money.”

You do need to want something different than what you’ve already tried.

What people often notice changing

Everyone’s experience is different, but many participants describe:

  • less reactivity when making financial decisions

  • more trust in their numbers and their judgment

  • less avoidance

  • a steadier sense of financial adulthood

  • relief from carrying money stress alone

This work is subtle, but it’s real.

My role

I’m not here to pressure you, fix you, or sell you a version of success that doesn’t fit.

My role is to:

  • translate financial concepts in ways therapists can actually use

  • hold a grounded, regulated container

  • support you in building a relationship with money that aligns with your values and long-term wellbeing

This is practical work.
And it’s human work.

Investment

You can choose the option that best supports your capacity with discounts if paid in full up front:

  • $175 per month for six months

  • $925 paid in full - Savings of $125!

Payment plans are available.

Choosing a payment plan is not a statement about commitment or readiness. It’s simply one way to make the work more accessible and sustainable.

A note about deciding

Because this mastermind is about financial safety, how you decide matters.

You’re encouraged to take your time, review the details, and notice how the decision feels in your body, not just your head.

If enrolling would create more financial stress right now, it may not be the right time. That doesn’t mean it won’t be later.

Before you enroll

Please read the following so you can enter this space with clarity.

By enrolling in the Financial Security for Therapists MasterMind, you are committing to:

  • a six-month mastermind

  • one 90-minute live group meeting per month

  • meetings held on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00am, beginning March 7, 2026

This consistency is part of what makes the work effective.

One last thing

There is no urgency, countdown, or pressure here.

If this feels supportive and steady, you’re welcome to join.
If it feels activating or stressful, it may be worth pausing.

This mastermind is meant to reduce financial anxiety, not add to it.
