for Therapists

You're Not Meant to Figure This Out Alone.

Join clinicians like you in group learning experiences designed to build skills, restore confidence, and remind you why you love this work.

The Financial Mastermind for Therapists

This is a high-level, resource-rich experience, but it’s held in a way that respects the body.

Participants begin to experience a different relationship with money, one that feels more regulated, less charged, and more usable in real life.

Inside the mastermind, you can expect:

  • a therapist-only, intimate group

  • practical financial education that’s clear and applicable

  • a no-shame, no-hustle culture

  • space for questions that don’t have neat answers

  • a pace that allows things to actually integrate

  • access to recordings for 3 months

There’s no pressure to perform insight or “do it right” here.

EMDR Cohorts

What You Can Expect from the EMDR Consultation Cohorts

Across all formats, consultation includes:

  • EMDRIA-approved consultation hours.

  • Real case discussion grounded in actual clinical dilemmas.

  • Strengthening EMDR case conceptualization.

  • Support navigating stuck or looping processing.

  • Ethical adaptation when sessions don’t follow a clean protocol.

  • Ongoing attention to pacing, stabilization, and nervous system capacity.

As an EMDRIA-approved consultant and certified clinician whose clinical work centers on complex trauma, dissociation, and chronic illness, I approach consultation with both structure and flexibility, grounded in the realities of sustained trauma treatment.

EMDR Confidence Booster Cohort

  • Strengthen your EMDR case conceptualization so you you feel confident explaining your treatment approach to clients, supervisors, and peers

  • Troubleshoot stuck or confusing cases so your clients can move forward and you can release the pressure of feeling like you're doing it wrong

  • Refine pacing and sequencing.

  • Learn ethical adaptation when sessions don’t go “by the book.”

  • Reduce self-doubt and increasing clinical clarity so that you can trust your instincts and show up fully present for your clients

This is a space to bring real cases and think deeply about the work you’re doing.

EMDR Dissociation Cohort

  • Learn to apply differential assessment of dissociation within complex trauma so that you can accurately identify what you're seeing and choose the right intervention

  • Understand parts-informed and ego-state adaptations so that you can work with internal systems safely and effectively

  • Titration and pacing for nervous system stability so that your clients stay grounded and regulated throughout the process

  • And more.

This cohort prioritizes stabilization, coordination, and long-term integration over pushing reprocessing prematurely.

EMDR Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain Cohorts

  • Adapt EMDR when trauma is ongoing rather than resolved so that you can support clients who are still living with active illness or pain

  • Differentiate trauma-based responses from illness-related physiology so that you can identify what needs processing vs. what needs medical support

  • Work with pain memories and pain processing so that you can help clients reduce suffering without dismissing their physical reality

  • And more.

We explore how to practice EMDR responsibly when the body is not returning to baseline.

A Note on Fit

My consultation style is steady, thoughtful, resourceful, and collaborative. I’m less interested in whether you executed the protocol perfectly and more interested in how you’re conceptualizing the case and responding to what’s happening in the room.

If you’re looking for consultation that supports your clinical growth, strengthens your decision-making, and respects the complexity of trauma work, this may be a good fit.

If you’re unsure which format makes the most sense, you’re welcome to reach out.

You don’t have to navigate complex EMDR work alone, and you don’t have to dilute your clinical depth to do it well.

When You’re Ready

If you want a steadier clinical footing and a space to think clearly about the work you’re doing, you’re welcome here.

Spring consultation cohorts begin in March, and enrollment opens in advance to allow time for thoughtful placement and preparation.

You can explore the consultation option that fits your needs:

Cohorts are intentionally small to allow for meaningful discussion and sustained growth over time.

If this feels aligned with where you are in your clinical work, I’d be glad to support you.
