The cost per panel is $150. The cost of a session will save you 120 days of headaches without support and keep you off the phone with insurance companies for hours at the time.

Most credentialing applications in Illinois take between 60–120 days from the time of submission to approval, depending on the insurance panel and the completeness of your application. With proper preparation and consistent follow-up, we work to keep your application on the shorter end of that window.

No, these are two separate processes. Credentialing is the process of getting approved by insurance companies to be an in-network provider. Medical billing is the ongoing submission of claims for services rendered. We focus specifically on the credentialing side.

Yes. We support re-credentialing cycles and updates to existing CAQH profiles for a fee. Staying current with your credentials is essential to maintaining your active panel status, and we can help manage that process.

Denials are not the end of the road. We review the reason for denial, correct the issue, and resubmit strategically. Our experience with common application errors means we can often catch issues before submission—but when denials happen, we manage the resolution process.
One exception worth noting: if a denial is due to a payer's panel being closed, that's something neither we nor you can anticipate in advance. In those cases, we'll notify you and resubmit at no additional cost beyond a small $25 resubmission fee once the panel reopens.

Booking this service does NOT guarantee that you will be credentialed. There is a fee for resubmissions.

That does sometimes happen. Done-For-You Credentialing cannot predict insurance company outcomes. If there are avenues for recourse, we’ll let you know what they are and if you’d like us to handle them for you, there is a fee attached for resubmission.
